The Microinsurance Network is a membership association of funders, promoters, technical assistance providers, networks, researchers, practitioners, and anyone involved in promoting the development and proliferation of good-value insurance products for low-income persons.
 
The Microinsurance Network provides a platform for information sharing and stakeholder coordination with the aim of creating public goods and maintains insurance clients firmly at the center of its activities; prioritizing work and actions that meet clients’ needs and protects their interests and well-being.

Membership types and benefits

There are two different membership types available at the moment: institutional for organisations involved in microinsurance and individual for persons engaged in the field.

Members will be asked for an annual update about their microinsurance activities for the benefit of a trend analysis.

How to become a member

Any organisations or individuals involved in microinsurance, committed to contributing to public goods and share the Microinsurance Network’s mission, can apply for membership online. Your application, once received, will be reviewed by the Executive Committee.
