The second in a series of six webinars took place on 30 April 2025 and focused on improving distribution models and partnerships in inclusive insurance. It was joined by three well-known and experienced professionals:

Webinar 1: Improving Profitability | 25 February 2025
The inaugural webinar, titled Improving Profitability took place on 25 February 2025. It provided a platform to discuss the obstacles faced by inclusive insurers and present practical strategies to enhance financial sustainability in the sector.
The one-hour session included a brief introduction, presentations by Quentin Gisserot (AXA EssentiALL) and Lorenzo Chan (Pioneer Insurance), and a Q&A. The event was moderated by Lisa Morgan (The ILO's Impact Insurance Facility).
