Superadoras: Creating an insurance culture for women entrepreneurs in Argentina

Without a clear understanding of women’s needs, behaviours and risks, efforts to design meaningful solutions remain limited. Against this backdrop, a new wave of initiatives is beginning to shift the narrative. Among them, Argentina’s Superadoras campaign stands out as a collaborative, action-oriented approach – one that moves beyond identifying barriers to actively addressing them through education, innovation and partnership.

The Microinsurance Innovation Hub Foundation (MIIH) is a Section 8 Company (non-profit organisation) under the Indian Companies Act 2013, registered for the development of products and processes that cater to the needs of underserved and unserved communities, with the primary aim of promoting social welfare and inclusive growth.

Its mission is to empower underserved communities by making insurance accessible, affordable, and sustainable.
